Act of Kindness

The University of Mississippi is a community of learning dedicated to nurturing excellence in intellectual inquiry and personal character in an open and diverse environment. As a voluntary member of this community:

We believe in respect for the dignity of each person;

We believe in fairness and civility;

We believe in personal and professional integrity;

We believe in academic honesty;

We believe in academic freedom;

We believe in good stewardship of our resources;

We ask our student, faculty and staff to uphold these values and encourage others to follow them

 The office of Health Promotion would like to make The University of Mississippi the Kindest Campus in the country. Please assist us in the endeavor. If you or someone you know does something kind or you receive a kind act, tell us about it. Acts of Kindness include: forgiving someone a debt; helping someone pick up dropped items; buy someone a cup of coffee; leave a kind note on a friends desk; bring in your neighbors trash can; bring lunch for the office, the list is infinite.
